The following Terms and Conditions sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.

SERVICE PERIOD
Client agrees to have Momento Photo Booth Sg operational for a minimum of 95% of the service period. Occasionally operations may need to be interrupted for normal maintenance of the photo booth i.e., changing of ink cartridges, media paper etc. If in the event the normal maintenance time exceeds 5% of the clients service period the client will be reimbursed the amount of time the photo booth is inoperable, that amount to be pro-rated.

PAYMENT
Payment is to be made in full at time of purchase.
If the client uses the equipment for a period of time in excess of the service period agreed to in the above paragraph the overage in rental time will be billed to the client.

SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH
The client will arrange for an appropriate indoor space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue. A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m is required.

The client will provide a main electricity supply comprising a socket located within the space designated by the client for the Photo Booth as well as 2 large tables and 2 chairs.

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternative date, any monies received from the client will be refunded.
Any event cancellations by the client must be received 30 days or more prior to the event date. The client will be refunded in full minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. If a client cancels an event within 30 days of the event date any monies received from the client shall be forfeited. **Please note any refunds that a client is entitled to will be processed within fourteen working (14) days after the refund request is received.

ANTI-HARASSMENT & EQUIPMENT PROTECTION CLAUSE​

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior directed at our staff or damage to our equipment. Should such behavior occur, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately.

​We may also terminate our services if, in our team’s reasonable opinion, our equipment is at risk of damage or has been damaged due to the actions of you, your guests, or event attendees.

​In the event of service termination for any of the above reasons, the full cost of our services will remain payable, and no refunds will be issued for the unused period. Furthermore, you (the client) shall be held responsible for any damages caused, whether directly or indirectly, by you, your guests, or event attendees to our equipment.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the event. However, we reserve the right to claim for extraordinary losses where such losses are caused directly by the negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract by you, your guests, or other event attendees.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS ​
Where the package includes a photographic printer and for any reason the printer fails to print out photos on site​, vendor will be allowed to print  the photos after the event and deliver to the client, free of charge.
If no service is received, the vendor’s maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from the client. The vendor is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.​​

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Under the Copyright Act 2021 (Singapore), the photographer/videographer is by default the copyright owner of all photographs and videos taken at the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.​ 
 
EVENT MEDIA NOTICE

Please be advised that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event for use in the Company’s publicity, marketing, and promotional materials, both online and offline.
