The following Terms and Conditions sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.

Client agrees to have Momento Photo Booth Sg operational for a minimum of 95% of the service period. Occasionally operations may need to be interrupted for normal maintenance of the photo booth i.e., changing of ink cartridges, media paper etc. If in the event the normal maintenance time exceeds 5% of the clients service period the client will be reimbursed the amount of time the photo booth is inoperable, that amount to be pro-rated.

Payment is to be made in full at time of purchase.
If the client uses the equipment for a period of time in excess of the service period agreed to in the above paragraph the overage in rental time will be billed to the client.

The client will arrange for an appropriate indoor space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue. A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m is required.

The client will provide a main electricity supply comprising a socket located within the space designated by the client for the Photo Booth as well as 2 large tables and 2 chairs.

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternative date, any monies received from the client will be refunded.
Any event cancellations by the client must be received 30 days or more prior to the event date. The client will be refunded in full minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. If a client cancels an event within 30 days of the event date any monies received from the client shall be forfeited.
**Please note any refunds that a client is entitled to will be processed within fourteen working (14) days after the refund request is received.

We will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behavior​ to any of our team or staff or abuse of our equipment. If this occurs, we retain the right to terminate our services immediately. 
We may also terminate our services where our staff or team feel any equipment belonging to Us is in danger or has been damaged due to the actions or unruly behavior​ by you or your guests.​​
If we do terminate our services, for any reason, the full cost of our services will remain due and we will not issue any refunds for any period that our service or hire of equipment was not provided. Moreover, you the client will be responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests or other attendees at the event to us for any damage to our equipment, howsoever caused.​

Where the package includes a photographic printer and for any reason the printer fails to print out photos on site​, vendor will be allowed to print  the photos after the event and deliver to the client, free of charge.
If no service is received, the vendor’s maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from the client. The vendor is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.​​

Under the new Copyright Act, the photographer will by default own the copyright to the photographs taken at the event.​ 
Photographs and/or video may be taken during the operation of company for use in event publicity and promotional materials.
